SARAH KIDNER

Diana Paul Galleries welcomes Sarah Kidner to Calgary!  Ms. Kidner is originally from Toronto where she attended the many art international exhibitions held there. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Toronto.

Sarah regularly attends international painting workshops which fulfills both her love for for travel and exploring as well as her passion for painting. Recently, Sarah has attended a plen aire workshop and show in the United States and a painter's retreat in Paris, France. She is a member of the Oil Painters of America and is a signature member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.

Artist Statement
"At the market, relaxing in a cafe, talking with friends; all these aspects of daily life are where I find my inspiration. I love to capture moments where people are enjoying themselves. I look for gesture and body language; any thing that tells a story. Most of all, I am inspired by the everyday small occurances that happen all around us all the time. It is in these small moments that I believe we truly celebrate life."
